Causeway Sensors launches £98k Innovate UK project to strengthen regional biomanufacturing capabilities

The Causeway Sensors TITAN system, ready to produce process data.

Causeway is delighted to announce the launch of a £98k funded research project with Innovate UK, strengthening our understanding of and ability to manufacture the complex biochemical building blocks needed for our cutting-edge system.

Antony Murphy, CEO of Causeway Sensors, commented that, "I am excited about creating a robust and local supply chain for the consumable kits that accompany our novel Titan system which measures total IgG concentration in the development and manufacturing of antibody-based biotherapeutics."

The project will run for the next 9 months and strengthen the capabilities and relationships in the region for our supply chains.

We'd also like to thank Health Innovation Research Alliance Northern Ireland (HIRANI) for their part in getting the funding up and running: https://hira-ni.com/1-9-million-to-ni-companies/
